Buon Viaggio

My thanks to all of you who want to follow along while we experience our third visit to bella Italia. It has been a long time in the making. The reservations are made, the maps are ready to go, and the packing has been taking place. My trip begins solo to be joined in Napoli by Mary Jean on May 21. The journey begins in Milano for 4 days, then Verbania, Ricca Diano d'Alba in Piemonte, Spoleto, Napoli, Sorrento and Ischia, Roma, Spoleto again, Lucca, Bologna and finally Venezia to return home June 15. I will be visiting some new family members in Milano and Verbania as well as some wonderful people who we have visited in the past. I plan to write as often as I can and to add photos to make your experience more enjoyable. Also, if you have a question or would like a photo or information about a particular aspect of our journey, please ask and I will do my best to answer. Since this is my first blog, it will be a work in progress so hang in there and Mary Jean and I hope you will find it fun and interesting. Arrivederci
